The expectation range is highly influenced by previous weeks and thus different seasonal effects. We think that considering the trends of the year before would be helpful to avoid expected outliers in the charts. Category: SearchInsights

In the performance charts the progression sometimes changes from one day to another. Would be good to have some added info / possibility to add info manually to document what caused those changes. (Like it is possible in GA)

It would be great if a LLM would "tag" autimatically queries based on their semantics or meaning. As a searchmanager i would like to train the model based on a few examples and define the classification the model should use based on my needs. Then the machine would follow those rules and automatically do the job for me on the whole existing and incoming data. Queries for e.g. : cigaret > Food T-Shirt > Nonfood Or: Nike > Brandsearch E-bike > Productsearch Fischer Cita ECU 1401 > Spedific product search As you can see based on this examples... it would be great to be able to customize those attributes or categories because its very assortment related.

As a searchmanager i want to provide searchquery insights for the assortment managers. Therefore it would be great to have ability to filter the popular queries and underperforming queries based on category affinity. PRIO 1: As mimimum solution it would be great to have the category affinity data in the download CSV. Filtering then would be possible on the local device. PRIO 2: A filter option in the Searchhub UI would help to reduce size of the download csv previous the download.

As a search manager, I want to easily navigate to the clusters whose tests I am viewing in order to see the actual effect on the cluster. I am regularly evaluating our tested queries and if the variant wins I usually check if the master query has changed. Therefore, I have to switch to the cluster view tab, search for the cluster and then click on it. It would be much more convenient for me if I could simply click on the query being tested in the testing view and be redirected to the corresponding cluster.

Searchhub has a variety of different KPIs. When analysing numbers or during an adhoc presentation to others, it's often confusing to define what exactly any given KPI means. It would be helpful to have a short definition, example and interpretation help (as in "a higher value indicates a positive user experience") when hovering over a KPI.

As a search manager, I want to be informed about bad redirects in order to change them as fast as possible. Given that our data and website are constantly changing due to the efforts of many teams, sometimes changes go unnoticed. This can result in situations where users are redirected to a product category page that has no products. While the redirection link itself is functional, the lack of products negatively impacts user experience. Therefore, an Alert inside the redirection tab would be helpful to prevent those cases.

As a search manager, I would like to define a date when the redirect runs out automatically, to don't need to maintain redirects for sale or limited campaigns

As a Search Manager, I aim to streamline the process of identifying the winning version of the Query Test directly from the UI. This enhancement will save time and improve efficiency in decision-making. Currently, accessing the winning version of the Query Test requires clicking on each test individually, which is time-consuming. To optimize this process, we propose displaying the winning status directly on the UI. For instance, the status could be represented by the color green to indicate that the variant won. (see current version in screenshot) An additional and helpful feature would be an automatic extension of the testing time if the version wins over control and lacks sufficient data for the algorithm to designate it as the master query. This way, the algorithm can gather more data.

A new role for colleagues who only can look at Search Insights (can change time slots for Top Queries etc.), but can´t edit Mapping Insights, Transformations, Management.
