As a Search Manager, I want to exclude searches made by our own employees from SearchHub.
Employees regularly use the search for testing, quality assurance and daily work. These searches do not represent actual customer behavior and may distort search data and any processes based on it.
Internal searches should therefore be identified and excluded centrally—for example, based on configurable IP addresses or another suitable identifier. The exclusion should happen before the searches are stored or processed, rather than only hiding them in the SearchInsights dashboard.
This would ensure that SearchHub data reflects genuine customer search behavior more accurately.
