Performance Charts / Add info

In the performance charts the progression sometimes changes from one day to another. 
Would be good to have some added info / possibility to add info manually to document what caused those changes.
(Like it is possible in GA)

It would be helpful to mark points in time where changes to the site/search were made so that all users can understand changes in the Performance Charts. For example, when there's a spike in no-result searches, we could add the comment "product description is no longer indexed, more details see Ticket SHOP-1234". This comment should be visible in all metrics if the selected time period is right.

Then I would like to propose one the following scenarios and would like our customer base to choose one:
1.scenario: we enable users to add (textual) information manually for a selectable date-point, without personalized access rights.
2.scenario: we automatically filter or interpolate detected outliers in the charts. We could then add a toggle button to any chart to be able to toggle between the rawData and filtered or interpolated data.

Andreas Wagner: I would prefer 1. scenario
The comments would work be per tenant, right? So country DE Tenant sees the DE Comments and country FR Tenant the FR Comments. 
For 2. senario... it would be almost the same issue, missing documentation how changes of our systems change the data.

The problem is that we can't automatically infer why KPIs change (could be weather, deployments on your end, deployments on our end,...)
- we can only make the change visible.
Managing access-rights makes the whole solution 10x more complex and will also dramatically affect the cost - one reason why GA360 is 100x more expensive :-)
